Name it and set the dates first — the dates decide which days exist. Copying a past agenda is optional, and it replaces whatever is on screen, so do it before you author anything.

What comes over: every session, with its day, track, start and end time, title, session type, room, description, moderator and speakers — plus any track names those sessions use.

What stays as it is here: this conference's name, dates, location, time zone, banner, registration links and web address. Nothing about the source conference is written back to it.

The dates are yours, not the source's. Sessions are laid onto this conference's own start and end dates, day one onto day one, in order. If the source runs more days than this one, its extra days land on your last day.

Check afterwards: titles naming the old city or year; times that assumed a different venue day; moderators and panelists who are not speaking at this event; rooms that do not exist here.

It replaces every session on screen. Copy first, then author.

Every box here is optional. Each one is a block on the public page that simply does not appear when the box is empty, so leaving this whole section blank is a legitimate answer and always has been.
Scaffold a full day, or use "+ Add session" and drag on the grid.
Two steps, on purpose. Save draft stores your work on the server so anyone on the team can open it; it does not change the public page. Publish takes the draft that is saved and puts it on the public conference page. Both need an admin token (kept in this browser only, never exported). In between, See the saved draft on the website opens the real conference page rendering your saved draft, so you can read it the way an attendee will before it goes out.
Master Speakers — enter once, reuse across panels & conferences. (Production: live from Content Org v9.)
